Ojedi.com is available 24-hours a day. The customer care department is available Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 5PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 3 business days.

Orders and Payments

As payments on our website can be securely made with Credit Card and PayPal, all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days depending on clearance from credit card companies. Items will be shipped within three business days after receiving notification that payment is successful.

Order Cancellations by Customer and System

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are canceled by our system for various reasons including but not limited to product(s) unavailability, difficulty in processing payment information or canceled due to a customer request. If your order is canceled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any canceled items.
