Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. We strive for a 24 hour turnaround time, but orders can take up to 3 days to ship. Large orders may take additional time but we will contact you if there is any delay. Shipments are always prepared in the order they are received. We ship with UPS and USPS Priority for orders within the United States and Canada. For international shipping, a special arrangement must be made. Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
Artworks are not available as backorder items once sold because they are the original production. Non-artwork products can be back ordered. If non-artwork product that was selected is temporarily out of stock, you may input your email address to be notified when the item becomes available. Once the item comes back in stock, you will be emailed about it. You may also order out of stock items by contacting customer care.
We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, products that were damaged during shipment will only be replaced with an identical item if the order was rejected upon delivery. If the shipment was accepted, we cannot accept return. Claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days after receipt. Ojedi is not liable for damages after these 7 days.
We are unable to accept returns on original works of art, and do not offer refund for digital download due to the nature of the products. We also do not accept returns of clearance items. However, we will review refund request only for items that were damaged during transit or items with incomplete orders. Returns will only be accepted in unopened, original packaging. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization. Ojedi does not offer exchange for any of its item. Please read our return policy for further details.
Full refunds are only provided in the instance of incorrect or incomplete item(s) being dispatched or item(s) getting damaged during transit. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item(s) to us. Refunds are subject to the items being returned in their original new/unused state and must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Within your order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by emailing us. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods minus the shipping within seven (7) days of receiving notification that you would like to return the products and provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original new/ unused condition (within 7 working days of delivery).
The terms "new/ unused" mean there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 7 days of our notification.
