When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. We strive for a 24 hour turnaround time, but orders can take up to 3 days to ship. Large orders may take additional time but we will contact you if there is any delay. Shipments are always prepared in the order they are received. We ship with UPS and USPS Priority for orders within the United States and Canada. For international shipping, a special arrangement must be made. How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. To do so, please email us immediately to ensure the order is properly canceled. Orders canceled after one hour time frame will be assessed a processing fee, which is 15% of your order’s subtotal. Please be certain of what you are ordering prior to completing your order. If you request a change to your order, we will make every effort to make the adjustment, but cannot guarantee that change requests will be honored because orders are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.
How do I change incorrect shipping address on order?
Please be advised that if you (the customer) provide us (Ojedi) with an incorrect shipping address, or if you request a reroute of your package, UPS will assess a $10 service fee. Whether you make an error when the order is placed or if you request address change after the order ships, the customer will be responsible for this fee. If Ojedi makes an error when generating your shipping label, we will pay the fee.
How do I use previous discounts for current orders?
Orders cannot be canceled or changed to take advantage of discounts. In fairness to all customers, we will not adjust invoices for discounts and promotions that were not in effect at the time your order was placed.
What are the hours for customer care?
Ojedi.com is available 24-hours a day. The customer care department is available Monday to Saturday from 10AM to 5PM (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped within 3 business days.

To shop with Ojedi.com, you will need to create an account by clicking the "Register/Login" link at the top navigation bar. Once an account is created, browse any of the departments or use the search function at the top and left panel of the page. Simply add the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart. After finalizing your selection, go to checkout. Having an Ojedi account will enable you to shop faster to purchase, re-order, view order history, add additional mailing address, and update your contact information.

What is your return policy?
We are unable to accept returns on original works of art, and do not offer refund for digital download due to the nature of the products. We also do not accept returns of clearance items. However, we will review refund request only for items that were damaged during transit or items with incomplete orders. Returns will only be accepted in unopened, original packaging.
